Terms of Service

1. Service description

We arrange intercity chauffeur transfers (drive/ride with a driver) between locations in Ukraine, based on the details you provide during booking. Service availability, route, vehicle class, and timing depend on the request and operational feasibility.

2. Pre-contract information (distance/online contracting)

When you book online or via remote communication, you must receive clear pre-contract information, including identification of the business and the key characteristics of the service. For this purpose, the service description, the booking details, and our contact information are provided in these Terms and during the booking process, in line with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" (№ 3153-IX від 10.06.2023), стаття 17 and the requirements of that Law.

3. Estimates and confirmations

• Estimates: Any price estimate shown before confirmation is informational and may change depending on final route, waiting time, vehicle availability, and confirmed pickup/drop-off details.
• Final confirmation: The confirmed booking terms (including pickup time and agreed service details) are what apply.

4. Booking behavior and prohibited misuse

• You must provide accurate pickup/drop-off details and contact information.
• You must not submit false, misleading, or duplicate requests to obtain unfair pricing or availability.
• If you provide incorrect information that prevents timely pickup or delivery, we may adjust logistics and the service may be delayed or require rescheduling.

5. Cancellations and changes

Cancellations or changes may affect driver/vehicle availability. If you need to change timing or locations, contact us as early as possible. If a change or cancellation is made close to the pickup time, you may be charged according to operational costs and feasibility.

We will apply changes in a commercially reasonable manner. Exact timing-based charges (if any) may be specified during booking or confirmation.

6. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ukrainian law, syscorehu.com is not responsible for:

• indirect losses (such as lost profits), unless such limitation is prohibited by applicable law;
• delays or disruptions caused by force majeure, road conditions, traffic restrictions, government actions, or events outside our reasonable control;
• your failure to arrive on time, to provide correct pickup details, or to comply with driver instructions for boarding and route coordination.

If the service is not provided or is provided improperly, your remedies depend on the applicable consumer and contractual rules.

7. Personal data

If you provide personal data to request a booking or request a call, we handle it to process your request and provide the service. We provide transparent information about data handling in the booking flow and related notices, in line with Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" (№ 2297-VI від 01.06.2010).

8. Electronic commerce

For online/electronic contracting, the required disclosures and the contracting flow are designed to support your information duties and informed participation, in line with Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" (№ 675-VIII від 03.09.2015).

9. Communications and advertising claims

Any commercial communications or claims about the service (including pricing, timing, and features) are presented in a non-misleading manner and must comply with Закон України "Про рекламу" (№ 270/96-ВР від 03.07.1996).
