Information notice

If your request includes personal data, we process it to respond to your inquiry and to manage the service request. We do this in accordance with Ukrainian law, including the disclosure and transparency requirements under the Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" (№ 2297-VI від 01.06.2010).

For distance/online contracting, clear pre-contract information about the business and service characteristics must be provided, in accordance with Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" (№ 3153-IX від 10.06.2023), стаття 17.

Where applicable, we provide disclosures required for electronic contracting under Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" (№ 675-VIII від 03.09.2015).

Any commercial communications on the site must not be misleading and must comply with the requirements of Закон України "Про рекламу" (№ 270/96-ВР від 03.07.1996).
